We're positive you'll love your SELF LOVE CLVB products, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, SLC will gladly offer you with a store credit usable on selfloveclvb.com.
Please be advised that for us to accept your return, the minimum requirements listed below must be met;
The item is in brand new condition, unworn, with all the original packaging.The item is returned to us within 28 days of delivery date.

Returns and exchanges are done throughout our return portal. We offer size exchnages (one only) or store credit.
The return / exchange will be processed immediately.
The item/s must be returned via the original customer, with proof of purchase from www.selfloveclvb.com. Sale items and free gifts (except faulty) are not eligible for return. A delivery and processing charge of $6.95 can be deducted out of your return store credit.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A PROOF OF SHIPPING NEEDS TO BE SHOWED TO US IN CASE THE PARCEL IS DELAYED OR / AND HAS BEEN LOST. Please keep the tracking number Australian Post provides you in order to make this process easier in case of delays with couriers.
If you have bought via AfterPay, the returns procedure is the same as the above, once a store credit is issued, your AfterPay charge plan will continue.
We advocate the usage of a tracking carrier to track your return package, please hold proof of your return parcel.
Please note, we cannot add or amend discount codes on already placed orders.
