Shipping Policy

Our Commitment

Self Love Clvb is committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We also want the delivery of your products to be transparent and as honest as possible.

We offer Express Shipping on all packages within Australia.

Timeframes

We trey our best to dispatch your order the same day you make it. If it's during busy times, please allow 2-3 working days. 

We offer Standard Shipping which takes 2-3 days with Aus Post within same state and 3-5 days on other Australia's state. 

Express Shipping takes 1-2 days. 

For International shipping we use AU-NZ Express Shipping Courier and it takes up to 7-10 business days to receive the parcel 

Costs

We offer Standard Shipping within Australia for a flare rate of $7.50 or Free standard on all orders over $100

Express Shipping within Australia is only $10.00

 

International Orders

For customers outside Australia, dispatch and shipping can be arranged the day after the order has been made upon courier availability . We use AU-NZ Express Shipping Courier and courier fees will be calculated at the check out 

Notes

All shipping times are estimates and once a parcel has left us, we have no control over the actual delivery time.

If you have not received your item within 15 days of purchase, it is your responsibility to let us know so we can take matters into our own hands.
